Appointment requests are submitted via ipw.com; once the Online Appointment Scheduling period closes, the appointments will be computer-generated according to a priority matching order. You will receive your appointment schedule list a few weeks before IPW.

Press appointments will be scheduled so as not to conflict with official IPW press activities (i.e., the Media Marketplace and the Press Conferences). On Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons, there is the potential for a total of 15 appointments with exhibitors in their booths on the show floor during the official Business Appointments Sessions; however, it is possible that a journalist might not receive 15 pre-scheduled appointments through the computer-generated matching process. The manual scheduling process offers an opportunity to request additional appointments to fill open slots.
