Deadline for reservations: While the official cut-off (May 10, 2013) has passed, the Housing Bureau has limited availability at a few IPW Host Hotels and will therefore remain open until Friday, May 17, 2013.
U.S. suppliers/exhibitors are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Book early to ensure your preferred location.
BEWARE OF FALSE HOUSING CLAIMS
The U.S. Travel Association has designated Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority (LVCVA) as the exclusive housing provider for IPW 2013 annual conference. We have recently learned that another organization has misrepresented itself as an official partner of IPW for the purpose of soliciting delegate rooms — which of course may not be guaranteed or even available . If you are solicited for IPW housing by anyone other than representatives of LVCVA or U.S. Travel, please notify the LVCVA Housing Bureau.

Should you wish to arrive earlier or stay later, you will be responsible for the additional charges, at discounted rates (subject to availability). You are also responsible for any personal charges (telephone, room service, etc.) incurred during your entire stay.
U.S. Travel will make hotel placements for international delegates by country. The IAC Chair for your country will inform you of your delegation's hotel assignment.
*The U.S. Travel Association cannot guarantee placement with your delegation for reservations received after April 15. Reservations will be accepted between April 16 and May 8; however, your final hotel assignment will not be available until late May.
Note: The U.S. Travel Association cannot guarantee changes to arrival and departure dates received after May 8.
REMINDERS:
- International leisure buyers, domestic buyers, and returning meeting & incentive buyers who selected the discounted "no hotel" option during registration will not be able to reserve a room through the Buyer Housing Bureau site. (Note: as of February 5, this option is no longer available.)
- Under no circumstances will delegates be allowed to stay at a hotel other than the host hotel assigned by U.S. Travel. Any delegate who stays in a hotel other than the one assigned will be responsible for his/her own room charges, and will be charged at the hotel's prevailing U.S. Supplier rate.
