Note to sponsors: IPW participants MAY NOT organize or sponsor any other activities that conflict with the official IPW program or sponsored event during official conference hours. Violation of these terms may render the participant ineligible for future participation in IPW. Sponsors for Gold Level and above must be a U.S. Travel member in good standing and also be an exhibitor at IPW 2015. All sponsorships are subject to availability.

Partner Marketing Pavilion

IPW is pleased to present the Partner Marketing Pavilion - an exclusive opportunity for marketing organizations to promote products and services to IPW attendees. The pavilion will be located in the Brand USA Marketplace Hall from Monday, 8:30 a.m. through Wednesday, 4:00 p.m. (with set up on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) at the convention center. Hurry - only 20 available spots, and they are expected to sell out quickly. Authorized Brand USA co-op marketing partners will have priority registration and placement in the Partner Marketing Pavilion.

IPW Online Marketplace

IPW's Online Marketplace is an innovative online platform, patterned after the successful online press room serving journalists and supplier PR representatives. Launched at IPW 2013, this complimentary tool for delegates allows buyers and suppliers to connect and follow one another, view, share and download brochures, rates, press releases and images in advance, during and after IPW. The Daily Summary email feature prompts buyers to view the latest material to prepare for their appointments and learn more about travel products offered in the United States.

IPW Daily Advertising

IPW Daily is the official on-site publication for IPW. IPW Daily is published by U.S. Travel in partnership with Staton Media Group introducing an updated composition and fresh, new design. By elevating both the look and the content presentation, the new IPW Daily is sure to grab attention of IPW delegates from around the globe.

All six editions will now include a digital version distributed electronically. The Weekend, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday editions will be printed for hotel room and convention center distribution to nearly 6,000 IPW attendees including international and domestic buyers, suppliers and journalists.
