Welcome to IPW 2024!

We’re just under two weeks out from U.S. Travel’s IPW 2024, and we look forward to welcoming you to our largest show since 2019. The number of international buyers and media attending has returned to pre-pandemic levels—with several notable markets surpassing 2023 counts—a prime opportunity to boost the critically important U.S. inbound travel market.

There’s still time to increase the number of delegates in your booth to meet this year’s strong demand—be sure to staff your booth appropriately via My IPW as soon as possible.

Manual Appointment Scheduling

Through the manual scheduling system, you can view and print your appointment schedulerequest additional appointments with delegates who have similar open appointments; request changes to your scheduled appointments and send messages to registered delegates. The key contact is responsible for managing the appointment schedules for your booth.

Note that appointments are scheduled with the exhibitor’s company name/booth on the buyer's appointment schedule.

*Please respond promptly to all appointment requests you receive through the manual scheduling system so that your fellow participants can make the most of their schedule.

Sustainability at IPW

If you have materials that you would like to donate or recycle after the show, Freeman and IPW show management have established a program with local charities to help you do so. Materials may include anything from display and exhibit materials to equipment, supplies or product. Our goal is to assist you with donating these materials to local charities, keep them out of landfills and make this as easy as possible for you.

If your company is interested in participating please fill out this form onsite and email it to Caylie Cook. She will stop by your booth to provide a donation sticker for your items.

Donate or Recycle Items

The Los Angeles Convention Center (LACC) and Levy Catering are committed to reducing their environmental impact. They do so through ongoing efforts to save energy and water, recycle, purchase environmentally preferable products and help raise awareness of environmental issues.

Skip the Lines with Global Entry

Global Entry allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in the United States. It also allows U.S. travelers to be eligible to participate in the Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) PreCheck program, which expedites screening through TSA checkpoints at participating airports. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers will be at the Los Angeles Convention Center in room 303B during IPW, Sunday, May 5 through Tuesday, May 7 to conduct in-person enrollment interviews.

Visit the Trusted Traveler Programs website to apply today. After your Global Entry application is “conditionally approved,” log in to your TTP account and select “Schedule Interview.” Enter the “access code” E7975J355 and select enrollment location IPW 2024.

To participate in the interview process at IPW, submit your online application as soon as possible. Once your application has been submitted, please provide your last name and application number to [email protected].
