The momentum is in full swing for a powerful and impactful showing May 20-24, and IPW will play a key role in rebuilding your business, renewing relationships and establishing new connections with top tier business contacts from across the globe.

Key contacts can enter their individual login ID and password to access My IPW and submit appointment requests with buyers and marketing and technology providers when it opens on March 6.
Payment policy: Please keep in mind that if you have not paid your 2023 registration in full (if applicable), you will not have access to request appointments or receive your appointment schedule.

Spread the word across social media that you’ll be exhibiting at IPW 2023 so buyers, press and other industry contacts know they’ll see you on the show floor this May—and so they look out for your organization as appointment requests begin. Media Marketplace, an all-day IPW event, will take place on Monday, May 22. It’s the best way for U.S. Suppliers to connect with media and to pitch story ideas face-to-face. Appointments are pre-scheduled, and this opportunity offers up to 20 appointments—each lasting 10 minutes with a five-minute cross time. Registered exhibiting booth holders may sign up today by logging into My IPW with their key contact’s individual login ID and password.
If you purchased a Shared Booth and Shared Booth Partner registrations, log into My IPW using your individual login codes to assign those registrations to your partners. See the Online Registration Instructions PDF for a step-by-step guide.
The former Domestic Buyer registration category has been split into two different categories of buyers: Exhibitor Buyer and Domestic Buyer. Buyer delegates should be sourcing travel in a decision-making capacity.
Companies that qualify for the Exhibitor Buyer category (Receptive Tour Operators, OTAs, Marketing and Technology providers, etc.) are required to purchase and pay for their exhibit/MTP booth and Key Contact registration prior to registering Exhibitor Buyers. (Note: Purchase caps on exhibitor buyers apply.)
The IPW Online Marketplace is a virtual network connecting IPW buyers and suppliers (exhibitors).
More than 2,500 active users access the IPW Online Marketplace to get prepared for appointments; learn more about travel products offered in the United States; or distribute what buyers need to know about their destination, attraction or service prior to meeting at IPW.
