What is Covered?

U.S. Travel Association pays for lodging (room and tax only) at your assigned official IPW host hotel for the five nights of Saturday, May 20-Wednesday, May 24, 2023 (checking out on Thursday, May 25).

Should you wish to arrive earlier or stay later, you will be responsible for the additional charges, at discounted rates (subject to availability). You are also responsible for any personal charges (telephone, room service, etc.) incurred during your entire stay.

Hotel Assignments

U.S. Travel designates hotel assignments for hosted delegates by country/region. The IAC Chair for your country/region will inform you of your delegation's hotel assignment. Under no circumstances will hosted delegates be allowed to stay at a hotel other than that assigned by U.S. Travel. Any delegate who stays in a hotel other than the one assigned will be responsible for his/her own room and tax charges, and will be charged at the hotel's prevailing U.S. supplier rate.

Reservation Deadlines and Delegation Assignments

UPDATE: Due to overwhelming demand for IPW 2023 buyer/press registration, hosted delegate housing is no longer available. Rooms may still be available at your own expense through the Exhibitor Housing Bureau.

  • The U.S. Travel Association cannot guarantee placement with your delegation for reservations received after March 31, 2023.
  • Changes to reservation arrival and departure dates that are made after May 11, are not guaranteed until confirmed by the hotel.

Make your reservation through the My IPW portal (log in using your individual ID and password).
