Why IPW?
IPW is your one-stop shop for story ideas and the latest news and trends for the U.S. travel product. Complimentary registration is available for qualified members of the media.
Eligibility
Media interested in attending IPW should submit their name and credentials for review to the International Advisory Committee (IAC) Chair in their region, along with several examples of recently published articles in accredited news outlets (within the past 12 months). Articles must be about travel within the United States. Proof of a journalist's name on the masthead of an accredited publication is also acceptable. You will be notified of your status via return email.
Only working journalists may attend the show; CEOs, publishers, advertising, media or sales representatives and custom publishers are not eligible to register as journalists but may participate through the Marketing and Technology Pavilion.
International journalists must be pre-approved by their in-country International Advisory Committee (IAC) Chair.
Please direct your questions to your International Advisory Committee (IAC) Chair or to Cathy Reynolds, Lead Manager, IPW Press Operations.
