Qualified buyers of USA travel products and services are eligible to register for U.S. Travel Association's IPW by invitation only.

As a buyer, please note the following: All registration requests are assigned a pending status until approved by U.S. Travel and the International Advisory Committee in the appropriate country/region. Payment is not processed until approval is received.  International buyers must be pre-approved by their in-country International Advisory Committee (IAC) Chair

Criteria to Attend

Ability to Transmit Travel

Have the ability to transmit travel (view and secure inventory)

Be registered to sell travel (BSP, ARC, IATA) or be a member of an accredited travel association

Open-User Groups and Featured Products

Have open-user groups and feature product on a year-round basis

Ability to Package Travel

Have the ability to package travel and offer commissionable rates

Selling Travel Should Be the Primary Focus of the Organization

Buyers should have an active website, brochure and/or tariff featuring travel products

Note: Based on new criteria, both new and returning buyers may be required to complete an international buyer questionnaire and submit references.

Registration Information

Online registration requires login codes. If you attended as an international leisure buyer in 2018, and still qualify for this category, we will email you your login codes to submit your 2019 registration online.

If you need login codes, please submit the brief Login Code Request Form. Due to the high volume of requests, we cannot guarantee that login code requests submitted fewer than 5 days in advance of a registration deadline will be processed in time for you to qualify for a particular registration fee discount or to submit your registration form before registration closes.

Notes to all Participants:

  • IPW participants MAY NOT organize or sponsor any activities that conflict with the official IPW program or sponsored event during official conference hours. Violation of these terms may render the participant ineligible for future participation in IPW.
  • IPW does not offer a guest registration for family members, and no partial registration to attend only the IPW social events.
Your Registration Includes the Following
Up to 44 pre-scheduled appointments with U.S. exhibitors
Round-trip airport/hotel/ground transfers in Anaheim and between function sites
All meals and related functions which are an official part of IPW Anaheim
Denver sightseeing and post familiarization tours
Year-long organization listing on ipw.com and access to registered exhibitors

Additions and Changes

With prior approval from the IAC Chair, registration additions, substitutions and changes may be made online via the My IPW portal (using individual login credentials). Payment must be included for each additional registration; however, there is no charge for name changes or substitutions.

Note: You must contact U.S. Travel to cancel any item from your previous purchases. This cannot be done through the online registration system. Be sure to review the Key Dates and Deadlines and Registration Fees for all cancellation policies and deadlines.

Cancellation Policy

You will only be able to cancel items from your previous purchases by contacting U.S. Travel.

In the event of a paid delegate cancellation, the registration fee will be refunded in full if written cancellation notice is received by U.S. Travel Association on or before February 28, 2019. Notices received between March 1-18, 2019, will receive a 50 percent refund. No refunds will be granted for registration cancellations received after March 18.

Note: Refunds due from credit card payments will be credited back to that credit card account. Refunds due from check payments will be refunded by check sent by mail. If you require the refund check to be sent by express mail, a $25 processing fee will be deducted from your amount due.
