Key Dates and Deadlines

Appointment scheduling instructions will be emailed to registered delegates and online appointment scheduling will go live.

The email will go out in the afternoon (Eastern Time) announcing when the system is open.

Appointment requests must be submitted directly to U.S. Travel Association by this date to be included in the computer-generated scheduling process.

Delegates registered after May 6 will only appear in the My IPW Find Delegates search function; they will not be listed in the PDF directory of attendees distributed electronically to attendees. 

You will receive your list of pre-scheduled appointments and Manual Appointment Scheduling will begin.

Badge pick-up by pre-registered buyers and IAC, Visit USA, commercial service, and international airline representatives opens at 8:00 a.m. No new registrations are accepted onsite.
