Key Dates and Deadlines

International buyers, IAC Committee, Visit USA Committee, Commercial Service, and international airline representatives: Submit your registration, including payment, by this date to take advantage of the early registration discount.

Hosted delegate housing opens for appointment-taking buyers and journalists as well as U.S. Embassy/Commercial Service delegates, IAC Chairs, and VUSA Committee Chairs.

NOTE: The room block for hosted Domestic and Exhibitor Buyers is very limited in Los Angeles, and once filled, accommodations will be at the expense of the individual buyer. We therefore recommend registering and submitting your request for housing early.

Appointment scheduling instructions will be emailed to registered delegates and online appointment scheduling will go live.

The email will go out in the afternoon (Eastern Time) announcing when the system is open.

Last day for international, domestic, and exhibitor buyers, and IAC Committee, Visit USA Committee, Commercial Service, and international airline representatives to receive a 100 percent refund for cancellations.

Deadline for hosted delegates to reserve your complimentary hotel accommodations at your delegation's assigned hotel.  Requests must be submitted through the Hosted Delegate Housing Bureau by 5:00 p.m. Central Daylight Saving Time. 

U.S. Travel cannot guarantee placement with your delegation after this date.

Last day for international and domestic buyers and IAC Committee, Visit USA Committee, Commercial Service, and international airline representatives to receive a 50 percent refund for cancellations.  No refunds offered after this date.

Appointment requests must be submitted directly to U.S. Travel Association by this date to be included in the computer-generated scheduling process.

Registration closes for all buyers, press, and IAC, Visit USA, commercial service, and international airline representatives.  We will not accept onsite registrations

Last day for hosted delegates to reserve your complimentary hotel accommodations at one of IPW's host hotels as space permits.  Requests must be submitted through the Hosted Delegate Housing Bureau by 5:00 p.m. Central Daylight Saving Time. 

After this date, you are responsible for securing your own accommodations.  No adjustments will be made to registration fees.

You will receive a reservation confirmation upon submission.  You will be notified of your hotel assignment by April 26 via the My IPW portal.

You will receive your list of pre-scheduled appointments and Manual Appointment Scheduling will begin.

Badge pick-up by pre-registered buyers and IAC, Visit USA, commercial service, and international airline representatives opens at 8:00 a.m. No new registrations are accepted onsite.
