Media Marketplace Package
IPW has bundled together the two most popular media opportunities into one Media Marketplace Package providing greater value and maximizing the visibility of participating U.S. exhibitors. The package includes a full day of Brand USA Media Marketplace activities plus full access to the IPW Online Press Room.
IPW Online Press Room
IPW offers a PR opportunity for exhibitors not participating in the Brand USA Media Marketplace but who want to guarantee their news reaches the nearly 500 international and domestic media attending IPW.
IPW Online Marketplace
IPW's Online Marketplace is an innovative online platform, patterned after the successful online press room serving journalists and supplier PR representatives. This complimentary tool for delegates allows buyers and suppliers to connect and follow one another, view, share and download brochures, rates, press releases and images in advance, during and after IPW. The Daily Summary email feature prompts buyers to view the latest material to prepare for their appointments and learn more about travel products offered in the United States.
IPW Daily is the official on-site publication for IPW. Seen by nearly 6,000 IPW attendees, this publication is a must-read of current news, feature stories and daily show happenings. A variety of advertising opportunities are available.
Have your fliers, brochures and promotional items delivered to delegates in the official IPW doorknob bag. Delivered with the IPW Daily Monday issue, this offers an opportunity to put your information directly in the hands of delegates that morning.
A great way to remember IPW 2019 in Anaheim! The collector pin can be purchased for $3 each. Save when you purchase the 2019 and 2018 collector pins for only $5. You can add collector pins to your shopping cart when you register online.
Reserved Table at Official Luncheons
For $500, your organization can have a Reserved Table at all three IPW luncheons (Monday-Wednesday). Tables seat 10 people each day, so by inviting your clients 'to lunch', you are essentially adding additional appointments to your day. Sign up by adding a Reserved Table from the Marketing Opportunities category in the shopping cart when you register online.
Note to Board Level Members: As part of your board level membership, your organization is automatically guaranteed one complimentary reserved table at the luncheons. However, if you would like to reserve a second table, please add it to your shopping cart when you register online.
If you would like the delegate database in an excel file for mailings, you may purchase it through the shopping cart. This is an ideal tool for your pre- and post-marketing efforts. Each list is $495 and includes organization names, delegate names, addresses, phone and fax numbers and, where available, email addresses. Upon receipt of payment, the list will be sent to you by email. You can order the list by adding the registered Buyer, U.S. Supplier, or Press Contact List from the Marketing Opportunities category in the shopping cart when you register online.
Purchaser acknowledges that the purchase of access to this contact list is for a one-time use in connection with the IPW trade show, and does not grant permission to share the list outside of the Purchaser’s organization.
NOTE: By purchasing access to this list, Purchaser agrees that it will fully comply with the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act (“CAN-SPAM Act”), 15 U.S.C. 7701-7713, applicable regulations including 16 CFR 316, the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) (EU) 2016/679, applicable European Data Protection Board guidelines, and all other laws and regulations that may apply to communicating with individuals or companies included on the purchased list. Purchaser will assist U.S. Travel in complying with Articles 28 and 32-36 of the GDPR (including but not limited to deleting or returning all personal data upon request, notifying a supervisory authority or a data subject of a data breach, and contributing to audits of personal data). Purchaser will indemnify U.S. Travel against all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) that may arise out of any claim relating to or arising from Purchaser’s use of the list in violation of this agreement or applicable law.
NOTE: Registered delegates may choose to opt out of receiving emailed promotional and marketing communications from IPW, our sponsors, contact list purchasers and other third parties. Opting out excludes only the email address from the contact list.
