To attend IPW as an international leisure buyer, you must be classified as a tour operator or retailer of travel products sending significant outbound business to the USA.
Approved international buyer companies may register up to six hosted international buyer delegates. Requests for more than 6 buyer delegates will be considered; however, the additional delegates will not be eligible for hosted accommodations.

Your one-time registration fee covers up to 42 pre-scheduled appointments with U.S. exhibitors, all meals and related functions which are an official part of IPW, host city destination experiences and local tours, and more.
