To attend IPW as an international leisure buyer, you must be classified as a tour operator, wholesaler, or retailer of travel products sending significant outbound business to the USA.
Approved international buyer companies may register up to six hosted international buyer delegates. Requests for more than 6 buyer delegates will be considered; however, the additional delegates will not be eligible for hosted accommodations.

The first step to participating at IPW is to register online using your organization login codes.
Your one-time registration fee covers up to 42 pre-scheduled appointments with U.S. exhibitors, all meals and related functions which are an official part of IPW, host city destination experiences and local tours, and more.
