+ Registration Guidelines
Delegate Limits
Exhibitors may register up to four delegates per 10’x10’ booth (including the Key Contact). Express Booths are limited to the Key Contact.
Complimentary Registrations
Exhibiting Engage Standard and Engage Hybrid members receive up to four complimentary registrations (one Key Contact + three booth delegates). Board delegates are eligible for one additional non-transferable registration.
Marketing & Technology Providers
Inform, Ally and Non-Member MTPs receive one additional complimentary registration beyond the Key Contact. They may also purchase up to two additional registrations.
One-Day Registrations
May only be purchased by booth-holding companies (not available to Distribution Providers or Marketing & Technology Providers). Each individual may hold only a single one-day registration. Multiple one-day registrations will be converted to a full Exhibitor Delegate registration and re-invoiced for the difference.
Board & One-Day Badges
Board Delegate and one-day badges do not count toward the four-delegate-per-booth limit.
Cancellation Policy
The Key Contact for the booth is responsible for notifying U.S. Travel of any changes or cancellations. View cancellation policy.
