Staffing

  • Each Media Marketplace table may be staffed by up to two (2) representatives, each with their own appointment schedule. 
  • No additional badge fee is required if one of your registered booth representatives is staffing the table.

Registration & Fees

  • The first PR One-Day Registration is complimentary.
  • If a second badge is needed, the standard fee will apply.

Appointment Schedules

  • A booth’s Key Contact may not be assigned to the Media Marketplace as an appointment-taker. 
  • The PR One-Day Registration package includes a Media Marketplace Appointment Schedule.
  • If a registered representative from your booth will staff the table, please notify the Registrar so that we can manually assign that person to a Media Marketplace Appointment Schedule.
