Developed in response to attendee feedback, these enhancements create more opportunities to build relationships, conduct business and drive long-term growth throughout the week.

Appointments

Relationships are at the heart of IPW, and every appointment creates an opportunity to uncover new business, build partnerships and generate future travel.

For 2027, we are increasing the appointment schedule from 42 to 44 pre-scheduled business appointments, giving you even more opportunities to connect with the people who can help you achieve your goals.

This means more opportunities to build relationships with decision-makers from around the world. More chances to discover new destinations, products and story ideas. And more opportunities to meet your business objectives.

Lunches

Some of the most valuable conversations at IPW happen between appointments.

To create more opportunities for networking and relationship-building, IPW 2027 introduces new lunch experiences that make it easier to continue conversations and connect with fellow attendees throughout the week.

On Tuesday and Thursday, all attendees are invited to gather for a fresh lunch experience designed to bring the industry together and keep conversations moving.

All attendees will receive an individual dining credit that can be used toward lunch at participating restaurants throughout the city, giving you the flexibility to explore and experience New Orleans’ famous cuisine.
