Payment is due within 30 days of posted invoice date. Unpaid balances may result in the forfeiture of space. All invoices must be paid in full before being given access to the appointment schedule and/or receiving credentials onsite.
To be eligible for the Discounted Member Rates, 2027 Member Dues must be paid by March 31, 2027, regardless of when the purchase was made. If Dues are not received by March 31, 2027, the non-member rate will be applied to the IPW invoice (paid or unpaid), and the balance billed. Please direct questions to U.S. Travel Membership.
The Key Contact for the booth is responsible for notifying U.S. Travel of any changes or cancellations. There are no fees for exhibitor registration name changes/substitutions.
Refunds will be issued for cancellations submitted by the following deadline dates:
