Appointment Options for Journalists
IPW offers registered journalists two options for meeting with U.S. travel suppliers:
- Brand USA Media Marketplace (up to 20 pre-scheduled appointments)
- In the Brand USA Marketplace Hall (up to 14 pre-scheduled appointments in exhibitor booths on the show floor)
Note: Journalist delegates have the potential for fewer appointments on the show floor due to other responsibilities and mandatory activities (Media Marketplace, press conferences, etc.) scheduled during the show days.
Brand USA Media Marketplace Appointments and Schedule
The Brand USA Media Marketplace offers 20 appointment slots each lasting 10 minutes with a five-minute cross time. Media Marketplace appointments can be requested during the initial appointment requesting period.
Note: The Media Marketplace will take place on Sunday, May 5, 2024.

Brand USA Marketplace Hall Appointments
Journalists may submit up to 25 requests for appointments with those exhibitors who have not opted out of journalist appointments.
Business appointments at IPW are pre-scheduled based on international and domestic journalist requests. Appointment requests are submitted via the My IPW portal. Once the Online Appointment Scheduling period closes, the appointments will be computer-generated according to the priority matching order. You will receive your appointment schedule list a few weeks before IPW.
Press appointments will be scheduled so as not to conflict with official IPW press activities (i.e., the Brand USA Media Marketplace and the press conferences). On Monday and Tuesday afternoon, there is the potential for a total of 14 appointments with exhibitors in their booths on the show floor during the official Business Appointment Session. The manual scheduling process offers an opportunity to request additional appointments to fill open slots.
Note: Any journalist who wishes to submit appointment requests must register and submit his/her requests by March 22, 2024. Appointment Requests will not be accepted after this date.
