Business appointments at IPW are pre-scheduled based on international and domestic journalist requests. Appointment requests are submitted via the My IPW portal. Once the Online Appointment Scheduling period closes, the appointments will be computer-generated according to the priority matching order. You will receive your appointment schedule list a few weeks before IPW.

Press appointments will be scheduled so as not to conflict with official IPW press activities (i.e., the Brand USA Media Marketplace and the press conferences). On Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon, there is the potential for a total of 17 appointments with exhibitors in their booths on the show floor during the official Business Appointment Session. The manual scheduling process offers an opportunity to request additional appointments to fill open slots.
