Key Dates and Deadlines

Registration opens for Domestic Buyers and Exhibitor Buyers.

REMINDER: Companies that qualify for the Exhibitor Buyer category (Receptive Tour Operators, OTAs, Marketing and Technology providers, etc.) are required to purchase and pay for their exhibit/MTP booth prior to registering Exhibitor Buyers.

NOTE: There are limited registrations available for Domestic and Exhibitor Buyers. U.S. Travel will NOT be providing hosted accommodations so you will need to book your hotel through the U.S. Housing Bureau site when available and each buyer is responsible for all charges.
 

The U.S. Exhibitor/Press Housing Bureau will open for delegates who cover their own housing expenses (exhibitors, marketing and technology providers, domestic and exhibitor buyers, U.S. journalists, international airline representatives and additional IAC or Visit USA Committee representatives).

All registered delegates will be notified via email when they can begin making hotel reservations.

Submit your domestic or exhibitor buyer registration, including payment, by this date to take advantage of the early registration discount.

REMINDER: There are registration caps on Domestic and Exhibitor Buyer delegates per approved company. Review the category guidelines for details.

Appointment scheduling instructions will be emailed to registered delegates and online appointment scheduling will go live.

The email will go out in the afternoon (Eastern Time) announcing when the system is open.

U.S. Travel Association 2025 membership dues must be paid by this date to qualify for IPW member rates.

Last day for international, domestic, and exhibitor buyers, and IAC Committee, Visit USA Committee, Commercial Service, and international airline representatives to receive a 100 percent refund for cancellations.

Last day for international and domestic buyers and IAC Committee, Visit USA Committee, Commercial Service, and international airline representatives to receive a 50 percent refund for cancellations.  No refunds offered after this date.

Appointment requests must be submitted directly to U.S. Travel Association by this date to be included in the computer-generated scheduling process.

Last chance for delegates who cover their own housing expenses (exhibitors, marketing and technology providers,  domestic and exhibitor buyers, U.S. journalists, international airline representatives and additional IAC or Visit USA Committee representatives) to make reservations through the U.S. Exhibitor/Press Housing Bureau.

You will receive your list of pre-scheduled appointments and Manual Appointment Scheduling will begin.

Registration closes for all buyers, press, and IAC, Visit USA, commercial service, and international airline representatives.  We will not accept onsite registrations

Badge pick-up by pre-registered buyers and IAC, Visit USA, commercial service, and international airline representatives opens at 8:00 a.m. No new registrations are accepted onsite.
