IPW Shuttle Information
IPW provides registered delegates complimentary transportation between official business sessions, evening events, and IPW host hotels. Delegates using these services should remember to wear their IPW badge.
Shuttle bus schedules and route information will be listed in the mobile app and posted in the Host Hotel lobbies.
Delegates seeking transportation to other sites, hotels or IPW events at times other than official hours or posted shuttle schedule times must make and pay for their own arrangements.
Convention Center Shuttles
On Friday and Saturday, May 3-4, there will be continuous shuttle service between IPW host hotels and the convention center. Shuttle service will be available in the morning and and afternoon only, Sunday-Tuesday, May 5-7. Note: Several host hotels are in walking distance of the convention center and will not have daily convention center shuttle service.
Destination Experiences Transportation
Transportation for all destination experiences (Friday and Saturday) and the Press brunch (Saturday) departs from and returns to West Hall Lobby entrance of the convention center.
Departure times for destination experiences and local tours vary. Please reconfirm your tour and its departure time at the Destination Experiences Desk in the South Lobby.
Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the tour departure time to check in. Please allow adequate time to travel to the convention center from your hotel.
Press Destination Experiences on Saturday, May 4, will depart from the Press Brunch and return to the convention center.
Evening Event Shuttles
Transportation for the opening and closing events will be provided from ALL IPW host hotels.
